House rules

We have made provisions for wheelchair users and disabled people in terms of accessibility and places in the venue (this applies to all performance venues). If you want to make use of this, we request that you state this in your order. The capacity of disabled places is limited. We try to provide you with the best possible service, but you cannot derive any rights from this. Click here for more information and options at our playing venues.

There are always board members of 't Schouw present.
They are your point of contact, before, during and after the performance

All our performance venues have a free unattended cloakroom.
It is not allowed to take coats into the theater hall.
We therefore kindly ask you to hang your coat in the cloakroom.

It is not permitted to use your mobile phone during the performance.
Without permission from the board, it is not permitted to make video and/or sound recordings in the hall during the performance.

Be on time! The correct starting time is always stated on your entrance ticket.
After the start of the performance, it is no longer possible to enter the hall and your right to the reserved seats will lapse.
Failure to arrive on time does not entitle you to a refund of the entrance tickets.

It is not allowed to take your drinks into the hall. Before and after the performance and during the break you can of course enjoy refreshments and snacks in the foyer/bar. All our playing venues use consumption tokens. We do not have a free break drink!

Despite the care and attention taken during the compilation of this website, it is possible that published information is incorrect or incomplete.

We try to prevent this, but cannot rule out errors.

All information, products and services are offered in the state in which they actually are and without any (implicit) warranty or guarantee with regard to their completeness, soundness, suitability for a particular purpose or otherwise.

Visitors to the 't Schouw website may not publish or reproduce images, information, texts and the like without permission from 't Schouw.
