Stichting 't Schouw (hereinafter: “tSchouw”) respects the privacy of all users of its website and its visitors and ensures that the personal information we receive is treated confidentially. In this Privacy Statement we describe which personal data we process about you, how we handle your personal data and what rights you are entitled to in that context.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, it is necessary that we process your personal data. When you buy tickets for a performance from us, you will receive service emails from us. This concerns information about your visit, for example changes in starting time, cancellations and information about accessibility. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time via the unsubscribe link that you can find at the bottom of our emails. You can sign up for our newsletters. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. You can cancel this registration at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Retention period
tSchouw does not store data for longer than is necessary for the processing purposes. If a customer has not visited tSchouw or otherwise purchased a product from tSchouw for five years, personal data will be anonymized and then used exclusively for statistical purposes. Data from visitors who have indicated that they wish to receive newsletters by e-mail from tSchouw will be retained until they unsubscribe.

Security and third parties
tSchouw (and its suppliers) have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect the data it has against loss, destruction or any other form of unlawful processing.
